  • Building self-confidence and self-worth to succeed

  • Setting and achieving realistic goals step-by-step

  • Opening communication channels between teenagers and their parents or carers

  • Finding out how parents can really boost their children's ability to reach their goals through practical support at home.

Anxiety, depression, stress, fear, anger management issues and phobias (and many others!) can affect anyone. Such conditions do not have to be a life sentence though, and this “Journey to Hope” Workshop can help you to manage the emotional and physical effects of stress and anxiety to take control of your life again.
